By using BGVanish (“the service”), you agree to these terms.

What the service is

BGVanish is a free, browser-based tool that removes backgrounds from images. All processing happens on your own device; the service consists of static web pages, an AI model file, and runtime files delivered to your browser.

Your content

You keep all rights to the images you process. Because images never leave your device, we never receive, store, or claim any rights over them — or over the results you generate.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or misrepresent its output as human-made where that would deceive others.
• You are responsible for having the rights to process the images you use.

No warranties

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Background-removal quality depends on the image and the on-device AI model; results may be imperfect. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

Third-party components

BGVanish uses open-source components, including the ONNX Runtime Web inference engine and an open-source image-segmentation model, each under its own license. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under those licenses.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
