Which background colors are standard for ID photos?

What are the 1-inch and 2-inch sizes?
1 inch is 25×35 mm (295×413 px) and 2 inch is 35×49 mm (413×579 px) at 300 DPI. The tool crops around the detected person and resizes to the exact dimensions.
What if my photo has more than one person?
